About Us
Slotimmo Geschenke is a gift shop located in the business district of Berlin. Established in 2000 by Anya Maywald in a small shop, it slowly grew into one of Berlin’s most-loved local gift shops that carries countless gift items.
We have been in business for 19 years, and we have expanded our little store into what it is today. We update our inventory regularly, so you can have all the newest gift items earlier than the others.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can send you your orders wherever you may be in the world. We have our partner merchants that ensure that your orders will arrive safe and complete.
How long does shipping take?
If you live in Germany, shipping takes 3-5 business days. For overseas orders, they may take 5-7 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number thru email 1-3 days after you place your order. You can track the progress of your orders in transit by providing the courier’s website with the tracking number.
My orders arrived in separate packages. Why is that so?
Your orders may have exceeded the allowed weight for each package set by the courier, so they separated them to fit each weight requirement for each package.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Once you have placed your order and we have processed your payment, you can no longer change or cancel it. You can still do so if you have not proceeded to check out yet.
Do you customize gift items?
Yes, we can print your name or your recipient’s name on some of our items such as the mugs, tumblers, shirts, etc.
Can I order items not on your catalogue?
Presently, we only sell what you see on the website.

Can I have my order mailed to my recipient?

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we have gift cards of various denominations. You can purchase them in-store or online, but you can only use the gift cards for in-store purchases. They are only valid on the date stated on the cards. Any expired gift cards will no longer be valid for use.
